Tour 1 : Where it all began:
Ile de la Cité and the Latin Quarter

Tour details:
This tour begins on the Ile de la Cité, where the earliest settlement of Paris began. We will follow the footsteps of the Jews of medieval Paris, a large Jewish community that is not known to the general public. We will pass through the square of Notre Dame Cathedral and continue to the left bank (south of the Seine) to the Latin Quarter, returning to the Ile de la Cité again to the Conciergerie and the Place Dauphin., we will move to the right bank (north of the Seine River) and end at Hotel de Ville Square.
On this tour we will emphasize, among the history of the Jews of Paris in the Middle Ages.
The length of the route is approximately 4.5 km,
